This past Monday, Apple had their annual Worldwide Developers Conference and kicked it off with the usual keynote. This time Apple did announce a new iteration of OS X, Mavericks. But along with it, there were a couple of surprises up their sleeve, providing for a higher than average excitement level at the conference.
