Microsoft Lumia 640 “coming soon” to T-Mobile

Just a short while back at the Mobile World Congress, Microsoft announced a budget friendly Lumia 640 and 640 Xl, with pretty impressive features in its price category. T-mobile and their subsidiary company, Metro PCS announced they would be carrying the Lumia 640 this year.

Metro PCS has said their launch will be mid April, and be $99. T-Mobile hasn’t given us many details, but the 640 is now listed as “coming soon” on their site, so more to come on that to come.

Just to review some specs on this budget smartphone from Microsoft:

It will sport a 5″ 720p screen with corner gorilla glass, and a clear black display (great colors and outdoor usage).

It will be LTR ready, and have a 1.2 quad-core processor. It will have a 8 MP rear and 1 MP front camera, and have HD video recording in 720p.

What do you think if he Lumia 640? Will you be grabbing one?
