Apple introduce a new iPad Pro 9.7 inch model

Apple announced a new iPad Pro 9.7 inch model, which joins the iPad Pro 12.9 inch model. Apple is attempting to help users replace their laptops by introducing powerful tablets that are still light and portable. Apple said it is especially working on targeting Windows users by introducing the new iPad Pro today.

The new iPad Pro 9.7-inch is powered by a 64-bit A9X chip. The new iPad features a Pro Display which adds a True Tone and higher brightness to the screen. The new iPad features a new four speaker sound system, a new 12 MP iSight Camera, 5 MP FaceTime Camera, Live Photos, 4k Video and Retina Flash. In addition, the new iPad will run the latest iteration of Apple’s mobile operating system, iOS 9.3, which features several new improvements.

Apple added that it comes with a list of accessories, including the new Smart Case Keyboard, Smart Cover, and of course, the Apple Pencil will work with the new iPad. Apple added its releasing new lighting adaptors for the iPad Pro which will enable it to access SD cards and USB Cameras. The new USB Camera adaptor will also support several other devices such as microphones for Podcasters.

Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch Model Line Up

Apple’s new iPad 9.7-inch Pro will start at $599 for the 32GB model, $799 for the 128 model, and a new 256GB model at $899. If you were hoping for a version with a cellular option, then you are out of luck.

In addition to launching the new iPad Pro, Apple announced that the iPad Air will be dropping in price, meaning the 16GB model will now start at $399.
